Spiritual Quotes On goal

What is the goal of a human being? Human beings truly have the potential to become the absolute Self (Parmatma). To attain One's own state as the absolute Self, that is the ultimate goal of all!

There are two ways by which the goals of life are determined : If you don't encounter a Gnani Purush (the One who has realized the Self and is able to do the same for others), then you should live in worldly life in such a way that you don't become the cause of misery to anyone. The greatest of all goals to uphold is that no living being should be hurt in the slightest by you. And secondly, if you do happen to directly encounter a Gnani Purush, then you should remain in His satsang (spiritual discourse; company of Self-realized beings). By doing so, all your [spiritual] work will be accomplished. All your [worldly] 'puzzles' will be solved.

Taking adjustments in worldly interactions has been referred to as knowledge in the current era of the time cycle. The goal is to 'adjust' where there are 'disadjustments'.

'‘No living being can interfere in another living being even in the slightest!’ If anyone comes to understand this siddhant (incontrovertible principle that accomplishes the ultimate goal), then he will himself become swatantra (independent as the Self; subject to the Self alone)!

One's ‘life’ is ‘fractured’; he does not even know what he is living for. What is the essence of the human life? It is that one can attain whatever life form one wants, or he can attain ultimate liberation (moksha) if he wants moksha.

Everyone has excess awareness in one or two things. In everything else, he does have awareness indeed. If one has equal awareness in everything, he will indeed become a Gnani [the enlightened one].

There is no need to find a solution. 'You' just have to keep Seeing! Keep Seeing how much the anger has increased, how much it has decreased. As the goal (upey; the Self) has been attained, there is no need to find a solution. By looking for a solution, the Self's function as the Knower (Gnatapanu) goes away, meaning that the real benefit goes away. 'This much tension has arisen, it has increased by this much, now it has gone away;' You have to keep Seeing all these gneyos (objects to be known). Remain as the Knower whereas by finding solutions, mental peace (thandak) will prevail [temporarily].

What can be referred to as vyavahaar charitra (worldly conduct)? Those who are on the path described by the absolutely detached (vitaraag) Lords have this. When one is on the path described by the absolutely detached Lords, he does not consider other religions to not be his own; nevertheless, he maintains his own goal to attain the vitaraag dharma (the religion prescribed by the absolutely detached Lords, which is at 360 degrees, is impartial, incorporates all viewpoints, does not hurt anyone else's viewpoint or religion). He has faith in the absolutely detached Lords and he is not unjust towards anyone else. When there is no abhorrence towards any religion or any person, that is referred to as vyavahaar charitra!
