
What is the essence of the essence of the world? The answer is tattva (the eternal elements). What is the essence of [attaining] the essence of the tattva? The answer is, the Gnani’s vani (the Knowledge laden speech of the absolutely enlightened One). There is no other solution for that besides vitaraag vani (the speech of the One who is absolutely free from attachment and abhorrence).
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThe whole worldly life is of the non-Self complex (pudgal). But to have attachment-abhorrence in that non-Self complex, is called karmic bondage, and not to have attachment-abhorrence in that non-Self complex, is called liberation.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThe vitaraag Lord (One who is absolutely free of attachment and abhorrence), the One who does not have the ‘disease’ of attachment (raag), through His grace, the‘disease’ of [wandering in] infinite lifetimes comes to an end.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanVitrags (the enlightened ones), those who are free from attachment, saw the world as flawless. Who are we, the wise ones to see the faults then? Are we wiser than the God?!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanWorldly life means to have a perspective that is filled with attachment (raag) and abhorrence (dwesh), and with a perspective that is vitaraag (absolutely free of attachment and abhorrence), there is moksha (liberation). What is the measure of a vitaraag perspective? It is that the entire world is Seen as flawless.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThe Lord himself called it kusang (company of bad people)! He did not do it out of abhorrence. Nor has he called it ‘satsang’ (company of enlightened one) out of attachment. He spoke with non-attachment ‘this is satsang’ and ‘this is kusang’. The scars of kusang (company of bad people) do not go away for thousands of life times. That is why we tell you to ‘remain seated in satsang’.
