The path of spirituality is a path where one has to keep on reducing his wishes for worldly happiness, as one moves on the path ahead. And ultimately there, natural and spontaneous bliss of the Self will arise. Your own true happiness, eternal happiness will arise.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanMoksha is natural and spontaneous [sahaj], straightforward [sarad] and easy [soogam], but difficult to attain. Because a moksha-swaroop purush - One who is the embodiment of liberation, should be available.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThe prakruti (non-Self complex) is actually natural and spontaneous (sahaj), but the intellect creates interference. If the cooling fan does not suit the prakruti, what is the fault of the fan in that? What is the fault of the prakruti? To see a fault is subject to the intellect, it is not dependent on the Self.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThe prakruti (non-Self complex) that unfolds naturally and spontaneously is natural and spontaneous (sahaj). The prakruti is only an obstruction to liberation to the extent that it causes harm to someone else or hurts another living being. No matter what rest of the prakruti is like, whether one wakes up early or late, whether one can do something or cannot do something, that part of the prakruti is not an obstruction to liberation.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanIf One becomes the pure Soul, then the vibrations will stop arising, and if the vibrations stop, then the prakruti (non-Self complex) will gradually come into a natural and spontaneous state (sahajata). When both come into a natural and spontaneous state, that is called vitaraag (free from attachment and abhorrence).
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThe natural and spontaneous state (sahajikata) of those without Self-realization (agnani) is characterized by attachment and abhorrence. Whereas the natural and spontaneous state of the Gnani is free from attachment and abhorrence (vitaraag)!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanWhen the body is natural and spontaneous (sahaj), it means it is in its inherent nature (swabhaavik). In that, there is no interference from You, there is no interference of the ego! This body of ‘ours’ is considered natural and spontaneous. Thus, the Self (Atma) is certainly natural and spontaneous! Once the ego dissolves, everything goes!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThe body may react, it may recoil if someone induces a burn on it; that is all the natural and spontaneous nature of the body. And when the Self is not involved in the effects of the non-Self (parparinaam), that is the natural and spontaneous Self. The natural Self means to prevail as the Self (Swaparinaam).
