The Self does not need to attain moksha (liberation); the Self is already in the liberated form (moksha swaroop). It is the ego that has to attain moksha!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanIf anyone’s mind distances from yours even slightly, then you have distanced yourself from keval Gnan (absolute Knowledge)! Minds should be distanced from ours as little as possible. Otherwise, until then, mukta hasya (liberating laughter; the laughter of the liberated One) will not manifest; and without mukta hasya, the world will not yield to you, and until then, the salvation of the world cannot happen.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanIf God were the doer, when will there be an end?! (If) God is the creator and he made us, we become his toys, so that is the end? When will we become liberated? No one is your superior and no one is your ‘underhand’ (subservient to you).
Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan‘Gnan’ [True Knowledge, Knowledge of one’s own self], is freedom itself. It keeps one in Moksha [liberated state] and prevents [karmic] bondage.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanHow can one let go of dehadhyas (the belief that, 'I am the body') whilst residing in dehadhyas? For that, go to a Gnani (a Self-realized being), the One who has become a tarantaaranhar (One who has become liberated and can liberate others). The dehadhyas cannot go away through dehadhyas.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanWhen can it be considered that the path of liberation has commenced? The moment one begins to follow as per the Gnani Purush, such a One who has attained the liberated state, it means that the path of liberation has commenced. The moment one decides that, ‘Be it early or late, but now I only want to follow Him,’ it means that the path of liberation has commenced. Such a person will assuredly attain liberation!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanTo live in accordance with the Agnas (directives) of the liberated One is called dharma (religion). Thereafter, there is no need for any book.
