Ahimsa (the practice of non-violence) is a very exalted thing. There is no abrahmacharya (indulgence in sexual activity) in ahimsa. There is no parigrah (a sense of possessivessness and inner attachment towards things and people) in ahimsa. There is no asatya (falsehood; lying) in ahimsa. Neither is there any chori (stealing; covetousness) in ahimsa.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanAll the things in the world are such that they regress to a lower level. Virya (the final extract of food) alone is such that if one so desires, then it can ascend!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanTo make the energies of the Self (Swa-virya) materialize is extraordinary spiritual effort (parakram)!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanWhat is brahmacharya (celibacy through the mind, speech, and body)? When that which has been filled in [the food we eat] does not get discharged [the final extract of food; semen], that is brahmacharya. In fact, the one whose input (puran) is under control can practice brahmacharya!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanHuman beings of the current times are not capable of practicing brahmacharya (celibacy through the mind, speech, and body). What can a married person do? That is why ‘we’ are saying that the one who upholds fidelity to one’s own wife in this era of the time cycle, will attain final liberation (moksha); such is the guarantee that ‘we’ are giving! But come to ‘us’ and understand this point.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanA transformation takes place in the other person simply upon seeing your sheel (the highest state of conduct in worldly interaction, a state that is free of sexuality and anger-pride-deceit-greed)! Sheelvaan (a person with sheel) is a very elevated state. This satsang is indeed to be done so as to become sheelvaan. Otherwise, the Self is certainly the embodiment of liberation. From the moment Self-realization takes place, It is indeed the embodiment of liberation, so what is the hurry in attaining final liberation (moksha)? First become sheelvaan. With the emergence of the attributes of sheelvaan, all kinds of changes take place in the world!
