If you want to become free [from wordly life], then you should not engage in competition. As long as you are competing, the other person will hide his faults and so will you!

Just as [after eating] a jalebi (an Indian sweet), tea tastes bland, similarly, it is only after you 'taste' [experience] the bliss of the Self, that the pleasures of worldly life feel insipid. As long as the pleasures of worldly life do not feel insipid, you cannot break free from worldly life!

And secondly, if you do happen to directly encounter a Gnani Purush, then you should remain in His satsang (spiritual discourse; company of Self-realized beings). By doing so, all your [spiritual] work will be accomplished. All your [worldly] 'puzzles' will be solved.

Taking adjustments in worldly interactions has been referred to as knowledge in the current era of the time cycle. The goal is to 'adjust' where there are 'disadjustments'.

The one who never bosses over his 'underhand' [subordinate], will not have even a single boss over him in this world!

If you say, 'I look old now,' then you will begin to look that way. If you say, 'No, now I look young,' then you will begin to look that way. Whatever you imagine yourself to be is what you will see. 'You', the Self, are Kalp swaroop (the Real form as the Self), but because you give rise to vikalp (the wrong belief of 'I am Chandubhai'), the world comes into existence! If You come into the nirvikalp state (the state in which One has the right belief of ‘I am pure Soul’), then You will eventually come back into Your original Real form as the Self!

There is infinite energy within. The moment you contemplate within, based on your contemplation, that is what comes to unfold on the outside! However, in this case, even after making efforts, even after pursuing their thoughts, things do not unfold in accordance to that on the outside, that is the extent of the [spiritual] 'bankruptcy' that humans have gone into! Kaliyug (an era of moral and spiritual decline characterized mainly by misery and a lack of unity in thought, speech and action) has arrived!"
