The Gnani’s Agnas (special directives given by the Gnani Purush that sustain the enlightened state after Gnan Vidhi) purify the mind. The Knowledge of One's Real form as the Self will give a satisfactory solution to the mind in any circumstance.

The Gnanis (Those who have realized the Self and are able to do the same for others) have said that those who live as though they are dead [in the relative], for them death will never come [in the Real].

There are two ways by which the goals of life are determined : If you don't encounter a Gnani Purush (the One who has realized the Self and is able to do the same for others), then you should live in worldly life in such a way that you don't become the cause of misery to anyone. The greatest of all goals to uphold is that no living being should be hurt in the slightest by you. And secondly, if you do happen to directly encounter a Gnani Purush, then you should remain in His satsang (spiritual discourse; company of Self-realized beings). By doing so, all your [spiritual] work will be accomplished. All your [worldly] 'puzzles' will be solved.

As a matter of fact, the unfolding karma changes for everyone. To prevail in a state of equanimity amidst the unfolding karma, that is the duty of the Gnanis (the Ones who have realized the Self).
