The sense organs are prevailing within the objects of sensual pleasure. (Vishayo vishay ma varte chhe.) In fact, these people are needlessly expressing egoism. As long as egoism does not depart, people cannot refrain from expressing egoism, can they? When would that egoism leave? It is when its support leaves. What is its support? It is ignorance of the Self (agnan). When does ignorance of the Self depart? It is when the Knowledge of the Self (Gnan) is attained.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanDo not do viradhana (go against something that someone reveres) even if it is deemed wrong. If you do not wish to revere it, then don’t. It is the viewpoint of the other person; it is not wrong. If you are unable to support it [that viewpoint], then don’t. Neither go against something that is deemed right, nor against something that is deemed wrong. Viradhana leads to nothing but misery.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanIf your monetary wealth accumulates naturally and spontaneously, then let it accumulate, but do not lean on it for support. You may take its support and feel a sense of relief, but there is no telling when that support will move away. Therefore, conduct yourself with caution from the beginning so that you are not shaken up during time of painful experiences.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThis world stands on the foundation of the relationship between the support and the support-taker. If the support is removed, the support-taker will be released.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThe suffering that is there in this world is such that it will fall off (go away), but people give support to it.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanIf one sides with pickpockets by saying, ‘what’s wrong with what he is doing? He doesn’t have any food so of course he’ll pick pockets!’ Now even when he is not a pickpocket himself, by supporting such actions, he will become a pick pocket in his next life. The poor man, although he makes the mistake in ignorance (in darkness, within), the price he will pay in brightness [that can be seen with 5 senses, the outer world].
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanCriticizing anyone is tantamount to criticizing their worship or devotion (aradhana). It is a grave mistake. It is fine if you cannot support someone, but do not criticize them at all. If there is any criticism, then there is no science of the Vitarag Lords [the enlightened ones]; there is no religion there at all, there is no oneness at all.
