One is going through life after doing needless egoism, and in the end, he ends up being cremated on the funeral pyre; that is the pitiful state he is in! Moreover, if he is a very good person, he may get sandal-wood for cremation; but that it is still nothing but wood, right! The One who never dies, He is the truly brave One.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanMaya (ignorance of One's Real form as the Self) is the one that makes you take birth, maya is the one who makes you get married, and maya is also the one who makes you die. However, the only condition here is that the 'reign' is not of maya. The 'reign' is yours. It cannot happen without you desiring it. Whatever you signed off on in the past life, is what maya is giving as an effect in this life.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThat which lives and dies is the jeev, and that which attains the immortal state is the Atma! The Atma is the Self, whereas that [jeev] is the relative self. The jeev is nothing but a temporary state.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanThe Lord's domain is the domain of the pure Soul (Shuddhatma) where nothing is displaced. No distress arises.Whether one gets a fever, whether the body is about to die, or even if the body is going to live, nothing wavers within. There is no dakhal (effects of interference done by the ego in the unfolding karma) whatsoever. What has the Self got to lose? If anything is going to be lost, it will be that of the neighbor!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanSaguna means that the embodied form in whom the absolute Self has manifested, He is the saguna Parmatma (the absolute Self with the manifestation of the infinite properties of the Self)!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanWhen milk pudding is served as per the desire of the mind, the mind dies. But while eating the milk pudding, if the craving to have the same kind of milk pudding again were to arise, then the mind would become alive once again!
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanAs long as the Self has not been realized, worship the idol of the Vitaraag Lord (One who is absolutely free from all attachment). The idol will take you all the way to samkit (attaining the right belief of ‘I am pure Soul’)! The reason for this is that the protecting celestial dieties (shaasan dev-devio) are supporting Them.
Param Pujya Dada BhagwanIn this world, there is no increase or decrease in neither the Self nor of a single parmanu (the smallest, most indivisible and indestructible particle of matter) of the non-Self. Even though so many wars take place, so many battles take place, so many people die, yet not a single parmanu either decreases or increases. The world is ‘as it is’, it is not possible for any changes to be made in that.
