Every human and living being is grouping around searching for happiness. No one likes unhappiness and misery. The birds and animals however are in their natural and spontaneous state, only human beings are in an unnatural state and therefore take enjoy taking pleasure from different circumstances. They derive ‘happiness’ from all kinds of worldly things through their five senses. But after enjoying that happiness, they will have to experience unhappiness. Therefore that is not real happiness. According to the Gnani Purush (i.e. the enlightened one), there is a vast difference between what real happiness is and what people believe it to be and hence where real happiness lies and where people are looking for it.

What is the definition of real happiness and how can one acquire it? According to the Gnani Purush, what human society considers to be happiness, is in no way real happiness, it is imaginary happiness. Some people derive pleasure from eating sweets while some dislike sweets. This is not real happiness; it is based simply on one’s beliefs? True happiness is really true bliss and it is one that is acceptable to all. It is one that everyone will be unified in accepting. It is one that everyone has to accept as being real, without fail. True bliss is the universal truth.

Whatever happiness one runs after in the world, their enjoyment of happiness is followed by misery. Then how can you call that happiness? True happiness; true bliss is one that will not leave you, no matter how adverse the circumstances you have to face. That bliss is true bliss and it is eternal.

True bliss is not found in any worldly things. The Soul within every living being is the abode of true bliss and true bliss is eternal bliss. So then what is the point of looking for it on the outside? However, this eternal bliss can only be experienced when you realize ‘who you really are’?

It is only when you experience true bliss that you can tell what true misery is. Only when you have seen the light, can you can tell what darkness is. But what if you have never seen the light?

True bliss is one that never goes away once attained. It is one that will not result in misery. Worldly happiness is such that one gets tired of it when there is access of it. How can you call it happiness when it turns into misery when there is access of it or when there is lack of it?

True bliss is bliss that will not abandon you even if you are robbed or mugged! It is an inner bliss and it remains eternal regardless of your circumstances. You should be able to acquire this true, eternal bliss. What do you have to do in order to acquire it? The acquisition of true bliss is a scientific process. It is acquired through the grace of a Gnani Purush, who is Self-realized, who is experiencing eternal inner bliss and has the spiritual power to impart the experience of the same in anyone that is desirous of it.

The path to inner bliss is not difficult if the one who has knowledge of it is around. Only the Gnanis have this knowledge and we are truly fortunate that we have one such Gnani amongst us that can directly give us the experience of true inner bliss. All you have to do is come to Him and ask him for eternal bliss.
