Who can receive Gnan Vidhi ceremony?

Everyone is welcome to receive Gnan Vidhi. There is no need to change your present guru or religion. A Gnani Purush is needed for Self-realization and to guide you on a path to ultimate liberation. The teachings of the Gnani Purush are applicable and useful to followers of all religions: Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, Jain, Christian, Jewish, etc… Continued spiritual progress is attained by all who receive Gnan Vidhi and Akram Vignan - the scientific, stepless path that is a direct path to Self-realization. This is not a religion but a spiritual science.

The Gnan Vidhi is a priceless gift given freely to all.

What happens in the Gnan Vidhi?

The Gnan Vidhi takes place in two sessions. The first session takes 48 minutes during which time the seeker sits with eyes closed and repeats loudly after the Gnani, the sentences of the Science of Separation. This process separates the Self and the non-Self. This is followed by a second session of approximately one hour in which instructions are given on how to support and enhance the separation. If you follow the prescribed instructions, which are designed to enhance your spiritual growth, a deep awareness of the separation between the Self and the relative self will increase. It’s up to you how much commitment and effort you bring to further your progress on this path.

PLEASE NOTE: Gnan Vidhi is not a quick miracle, but a science based on right understanding. This requires more than simply attending one Gnan Vidhi session.

When preparing to come and receive Gnan Vidhi, it is suggested that a seeker:

1. Be willing to leave at the door all preconceived beliefs, judgments and expectations about Self-realization and enlightenment.

2. Keep an inner attitude of “I don’t know anything about the real Self as there are weaknesses of anger, pride, greed and deceit within me.”  

3. Come with humility and an open heart and be willing to receive a priceless gift.

4. Plan to allow enough time to spend a few days before the Gnan Vidhi in satsang (questions and answer session with the Gnani) to get a basic understanding of Akram Vignan, as this will help to remove all doubts.

5. Plan to spend the day after Gnan Vidhi in satsang with the Gnani to get your questions answered and to increase your understanding of how to apply The Five Agnas (spiritual principles/directives) in daily life. Post Gnan Vidhi satsang is very important.
