There are so many religions in the world today. Have you ever wondered what the essence of their principles must be?  Great men like Sahjanand Swami, Jesus Christ, Mohammad Paigambar, Shrimad Rajchandra, Dada Bhagwan, Lord Krishna and Lord Mahavir have revealed the essence of all religion.  The human life form is the only life form from which one can break free from the cycles of birth and death.  That is why, in order to fulfill the purpose of human life, everyone should seek to realize his or her own soul.

What do you think? Who are you in reality?
All our relative roles in life are inter-dependent and they support each other.  For example, you are a passenger based on the premise of a vehicle. In the absence of one qualification the other loses its support and it has no existence.  So how can we be that which has no existence?  All these dependency-based relationships are correct from a relative perspective, so who are we from the perspective of reality?  Who are we from the perspective of eternity?

In truth, we are an eternal soul, which never dies.  For countless past lives, our real Self has remained obscured from the Self itself. Once you realize your real Self, your work is done.  But who can give you the realization of your Real Self?

The importance of a living Gnani

Just as the one who has the knowledge of properties of gold, called a goldsmith, the one who has knowledge of the properties of a soul is called, Atma Gnani.  The Atma Gnani has complete knowledge of the soul and its elemental properties.  He has the experiential knowledge of its practical principles and through the knowledge of the science of separation; he is able to make a separation between the soul and non-soul in us.  In this way he gives us knowledge of the soul.  Through the grace of such a living Gnani, we can get the direct experience of our soul.

In this day and age, due to all the collective punya karmas of ours, the Gnani Purush has been instrumental in lighting the lamps of many seekers of liberation.  Even today, you can light your lamp, so why should you delay?  Why should you miss the opportunity of lighting your lamp without giving anything in return?  Come let us light our lamps…let us experience the bliss of freedom…
